Alocura receives two ISO standards for its groundbreaking care management system

Alocura, the Tech 200-listed company providing care administration systems and services for commissioners, care providers and individuals has this week received the highest independently assessed certification for its Integrated Management System.

A comprehensive assessment and approval process of our groundbreaking personal budget and personal health budget management support, administration and software solutions has recently been completed by the Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies (ASCB)-approved Citation ISO Certification Limited. Following their work, Alocura has been awarded the certification of its management system under two separate ISO standards: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 27011:2022 Information Security Management Systems.

ISOs are important for Alocura and our clients. They show we have best in class processes, that we are compliant with regulations and that we always strive to improve our systems and services.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally-recognised standard for a quality management system (QMS), helping us to improve performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate a commitment to quality. Its requirements define how to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve a quality management system (QMS).

ISO 27011:20222, meanwhile, is the world’s best known standard for information security management systems (ISMS) and helps us to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an information security management system.

Together with our Cyber Essentials Certification, these two ISOs are the next step in an accreditation process that Alocura is undertaking to underpin both the quality of our operations and the commitment that we have to our clients that they will receive the best, safest and most efficient service possible.
